ARE YOU FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED?
We are insured up to $2,000,000 and a licensed general contractor.
HOW LONG IS THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?
If you’re just looking to get a quote to replace your roof, siding, or windows, it can take anywhere from a half-hour to a couple hours depending on how many questions you have. A complete restoration or home remodeling consultation can average an hour or two.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR THE APPOINTMENT?
Yes, you need to be home during the appointment. The Primo representative will have questions that will need to be answered with someone on site. We know your time is valuable and so is ours.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME DURING CONSTRUCTION?
Most people think they need to be home during the installation. You do not. As a matter of fact, we recommend that you aren’t home unless you like hearing banging and loud tools buzzing and sawing all day. Our project managers will keep you updated of the progress through email or text.
WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY DOES PRIMO OFFER?
The State of Minnesota only requires that contractors give a 1 year workmanship warranty, but Primo offers a full 10 year warranty on all of our work.
WHY SHOULD I HIRE PRIMO?
Our reviews speak for themselves. Our customers have a better over-all experience with Primo Restoration. We aren’t the cheapest and certainly aren’t the most expensive, but if you want the job done right and don’t want to lose your mind in the process we may be a good fit for you.
DOES PRIMO WORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
We work with ALL insurance companies. This is our specialty and we are the best at it. Whether your house caught fire or you have hail damage we can help. We have estimators and inspectors that meet with insurance adjusters every day make sure your claim is being handled properly.
DOES PRIMO HELP CUSTOMERS PAY THEIR INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE?
Absolutely not. In most states this is illegal and is insurance fraud. If your insurance company finds out they can and will drop you and if the Department of labor finds out they will revoke the contractor’s license. We’re aware that there are lots of companies that are still doing it, but it’s a matter of time until they get caught and go out of business.
